We are excited to announce YGIA Polyclinic’s Certification per ISO 27001:2013, an internationally acknowledged Information Security Management System, making YGIA Polyclinic the only ISO 27001 certified Hospital in Cyprus.

This prestigious certification was validated by the Cyprus Certification Company (CCC) after a demanding process of proving an ongoing and systematic approach towards protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of any form of information (verbal, electronic, printed, e.t.c.) related with our patients, staff, associates, suppliers and others who entrust their information to us.

By acquiring an ISO 27001 certification means that we have made substantial improvements to our internal and external processes, policies, infrastructure and many other areas of our governance, in order to ensure the organisation meets rigorous internal standards, is in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, and applies international best practises.

Being ISO 27001 certified also means that the Board of Directors and the Management of YGIA Polyclinic take information security very seriously and have embedded it as in integral part of the Hospital’s strategy.
