The first three-dimensional (3D) laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery was performed at YGIA Polyclinic by Dr. Giannis Ioannou, General Surgeon. Many Associated Doctors of YGIA Polyclinic specializing in Surgery (General Surgeons, Obstetricians, Thoracic Surgeons, e.t.c.) have planned surgeries with the 3D laparoscopic method in the near future.
