YGIA Polyclinic Celebrates World Children’s Day with its Younger Patients
Our younger patients treated at YGIA Polyclinic certainly did not see all the pleasant surprises prepared for them on the occasion of the World Children’s Day, celebrated on the 1st of June each year. In particular, staff at the Paediatric Ward handed out gifts and balloons to all the children, expressing their practical support to all the younger patients.
The children were entertained and delighted by this action and you could see the smiles spreading on their faces, while there were also some mixed feelings for the parents and guardians. All of us wish that our younger patients have a speedy recovery and a healthy return home.
It is also worth mentioning that YGIA Polyclinic pays special attention to the Paediatric Department, which aims at addressing the overall and individualized treatment of children’s problems in a friendly, welcoming and safe environment. It provides excellent medical and nursing care to young patients while, among other things, it has a playground and fully equipped rooms with amenities such as toys and a TV for the entertainment of children during their stay.
