Financial Contribution of YGIA Polyclinic for the 19th Love Ride of the Association “One Dream One Wish”
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, YGIA Polyclinic supported financially the 19th Love Ride of the Pancyprian Association for Children with Cancer and Related Diseases “One Dream One Wish”.
Hundreds of motorcyclists and volunteers participated at the Love Ride, the aim of which was to raise public awareness about the multiple problems faced by children with cancer and promote financial support of the charity “One Dream One Wish”. Since 1997, the charity has been fulfilling the wishes of children with cancer, supports their families and provides psychological support to both children and their families.
During the Love Ride, the motorcyclists and volunteers of “One Dream One Wish” visited YGIA Polyclinic and received a cheque by the General Manager of the Hospital, Mr. Anastasios Bokaris.
Initiatives and actions like this one, highlight once again the contribution of YGIA Polyclinic to society as a whole. We have deeply embedded a strong sense of social responsibility to always serve and care for our fellow human responsibly and with sensitiveness.
