YGIA Polyclinic, certified with ISO 45001:2018, has been implementing specific strategy aiming at the human resources' wellbeing in the workplace, ensuring, among many others, the existence of an occupational doctor available to employees, the availability of vaccines (flu, COVID-19, hepatitis, etc.), ergonomic spaces, with adequate ventilation and suitable natural and artificial lighting, office equipment suitable for maintaining the correct posture of the body, for the provision of free and at special prices laboratory and imaging examination tests to promote prevention, even for the possibility of working from home (telework), in the event of the employee's inability to be at work, as long as the nature of the work allows it. In addition, realizing the utmost importance of the sense of safety in the workplace, the Human Resources Department, in collaboration and with the support of the Management, have established and promoted an internal regulation concerning matters of decent and acceptable behavior, with detailed reference to the rigor of investigating any complaints of deviance, thus minimizing the possibility of incidents of bullying, as well as harassment of any kind.
