Dr Michalis Yiallourides

Dr. Yiallourides completed his Bachelor of Medicine in 2001 at the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. He pursued his paediatric training in the Manchester region, followed by advanced specialist registrar training in Nottingham. In 2013, he obtained a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Paediatrics. He has been registered with the Cyprus Medical Association since 2010 (Registration No. 4685). He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) in the United Kingdom and a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) in Australia, where he also earned a qualification in Community Child Health.

Dr. Yiallourides began his career as a Consultant Paediatrician in General and Community Paediatrics, working in various hospitals and practices across the United Kingdom and Australia. In 2015, he took on a Consultant role in North Queensland, initially at Mackay Base Hospital and later, for six years, at Townsville University Hospital. Recently, he relocated to Cyprus, where he established a private paediatric clinic, offering Personal Doctor services under GESY. His clinic provides routine growth and developmental assessments for newborns, toddlers, children, and adolescents, as well as primary and secondary care for common childhood conditions, including inpatient care. Dr. Michalis has a special interest and expertise in Developmental Paediatrics, conducting private assessments and treatment for developmental conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
