Dr. Modestou Elli was born in Limassol, She is a graduate of the medical school of the University of Patras, Greece since 2013.

She started her specialization at the Surgery Department of the General Hospital of Attica "G. GENNIMATAS" in 2015. She continued her specialization at the Pediatric Surgery Clinic of the General Hospital for Children "AGIA SOFIA" until 2020 and then at the Surgical Clinic of the Archbishop Makarios Hospital until 2022. During this time, she received a six-month clinical training in the Urology department and a six-month clinical training in the Plastic Surgery department of Nicosia General Hospital.

Having performed a significant number of surgeries to children and adults, she received her specialization in Children Surgery in 2022.

She is an EPALS Certificate holder by the ERC since 2018.

She currently participates participates in the postgraduate study program "MINIMALLY INVASIVE SURGERY, ROBOTIC SURGERY AND TELESURGERY" of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens.
